Hidayah Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the programs and activities provided or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the implementation of its education or admissions policies, and financial aid programs, and or any other school administrated programs.
Admission Requirements
Parents must complete the application and registration process as outlined below before an admissions decision can be made:
For New Students
Application for Admission will need to provide all of the following
- Filled and signed application form (found in ‘Forms and Policies’ page)
- Filled and signed enrollment agreement (found in ‘Forms and Policies’ page)
- Original Birth Certificate
- Updated health form
- 1 passport size photograph
- Most recently completed grade transcript/report card/standardized test score
- If the student has a current or previous Individualized Education Program, a full copy of the file must be submitted with the application
Applications will be screened on the basis of the application filing date, previous school performance/recommendation, and oral and/or written examinations to determine eligibility for admission to Hidayah Academy.
Registration
In order for a student’s registration to be complete the parents must:
- Complete all application information listed earlier in this manual.
- Fill out the Registration Forms
- Fill out and sign the Financial Agreement form before a student is allowed to attend classes.
Returning Students
Students who are currently enrolled at Hidayah Academy and want to continue enrollment for the following year must notify the school during the period of re-enrollment in order to reserve a space. Returning students must be up to date on tuition and other school financial obligations. Enrollment is contingent upon the successful completion of the current grade and satisfactory behavior.
