School Governance

Hidayah Academy’s board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the overall vision and mission of the school. They are also responsible for reviewing and approving the school’s budget, overseeing the school administration, and approving the general policies of the school. The Board consists of members who serve on a voluntary basis for two year terms. Vacancies on the Board are filled upon nomination of an individual by other board members. All board members share the overall vision of the school and understand the need for transparency and community outreach.
